With memories of tours through the Cadbury Chocolate Factory in Birmingham, England, I couldn’t pass up the sign advertising the Kilwin’s Chocolate Kitchen! The first thing when you walk in the door is the smell – absolutely heavenly! The second thing is being offered a free sample of fudge! Yes, I love this place already. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgable having worked with the Kilwin’s since he was a boy and they started out in 1947. And, of course, there were samples! And, of course, I had to buy a few goodies to take home.
